Minutes of Annual General Meeting held in St. Chad’s Church Room on Thursday 1st. May 2014.

Present: Councillors T. Beastall, L. Bills, R. P. A. Lovell, J. Sargeant, C. E. Taylor & S. R. Weston.

1. Apologies for Absence.

Apologies for absence were received from District Councillor N. Hawkins.

It was proposed, seconded and agreed that all the posts be filled by the current holders. Therefore:-

2. Election of Chairman.

Councillor J. Sargeant was re-elected as Chairman for the coming year.

3. Election of Vice Chairman.

Councillor L. Bills was re-elected as Vice Chairman.

4. Appointment of Representatives to Staffordshire Moorlands Parish Assembly (2).

Councillors J. Sargeant and C. Taylor were re-appointed as the representatives.

5. Appointment of Representative to the Longsdon Memorial Hall Management Committee.

Councillor L. Bills was re-appointed as the Council’s representative to Longsdon Memorial Hall Management Committee.

6. Appointment of Responsible Financial Officer.

John Bourne, Clerk to the Council, was re-appointed as the Responsible Financial Officer.

7. Any Other Business.
