Standing Orders
The Standing Orders of the Council document the way that council meetings are run. They prescribe the role of the chair and vice-chair, the order of business for both Annual Parish meetings and Ordinary meetings, the rules of debate and conduct and some of the mandatory procedures to be followed.

Risk Assessments
The Risk Assessment documents those aspects of the Council's operation that it has identified as having the potential for harm or loss.
It lists the management or control measures taken to remove those risks or minimise the impact of them where removal is not possible or is impractical.
